The CCA celebrated it’s 29th Annual Thanksgiving Celebration at the Community Center with friends and family. It was a great opportunity to gather as a community and give thanks for the bounty of the past. We enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal, raffle and flu shots.We all look forward to a bright future.
We would like to take the time to thank the many community members who took the time to help spruce up our Chinese Community Center . You will notice that the piles of cut branches have been mulched and the crepe myrtles nicely manicured. We will probably have another clean up in the Spring. Bring a rake and lend a hand!
The CCA had a yard sale at the Community center one Saturday morning. As they say ” one man’s trash is another man’s treasure “. Our community members could participate for free. Tables were $10 a space to non-members. Many fine purchases were made. The remaining items were picked up by the Salvation army at the end of the day. Join us next time and clean up your garage and closets.
