NOTED PIANIST BURSTS UPON THE
AMERICAN MUSIC SCENE
Award winning Chinese pianist, XIAYIN WANG, direct from her stunning Carnegie Hall debut, will be making her first appearance at the Ferguson Center for the Arts on March 13, 2008 at 7:30 PM, performing works by Ravel, Scriabin, Mozart, Chopin and Gershwin.
Ms Wang has been hailed as one of the most exciting keyboard stars on the horizon today garnering raves and outstanding notices:

Ms. Wang has just recorded an all Scriabin CD for Naxos, the world’s leading classical music label which will be released May, ‘08.
By the time pianist Xiayin Wang arrived in the United States in 1997 from her native China, she had completed studies at the Shanghai Conservatory and won numerous first prize awards and honors. She has performed with China’s leading orchestras including the Beijing Opera House Symphony and the Zhe Jiang Symphony and in many of the country’s most prestigious concert halls. She is currently making an extensive tour of the United States.
